Introducing WorkWell in Enfield

Working Well Trust and Shaw Trust are delighted to announce a partnership to launch WorkWell a new government initiative to support Enfield residents who are in work or looking for a job but need support with health-related challenges.

WorkWell works with Enfield residents to understand their needs and through working with a team of Employment coaches supports them on their employment journey. Located in the heart of Enfield at Community House our team is excited to start supporting people on their Employment Journey. For more information please do consult our leaflet.

We asked Jamie Beaumont the Senior work and Health Coach from the team about how he was feeling about the launch of the service:

“I’m extremely excited to be partnering with Shaw Trust to deliver this incredible pilot scheme happening around the UK. This programme truly looks to open up the discussion, to support clients holistically, overcome the barriers as quickly as possible to get them either back into or started with meaningful employment to gain the benefits of this. Through our no wrong door approach and dedication to opening up the community to our clients, they will gain access to our internal specialists and external community partners to truly feel supported whilst knowing where to go for support even after our time on the programme.”
