Enterprise Projects Closure Announcement

It is with profound regret that Working Well Trust announces the immediate closure of our Enterprise Projects, Access Print & Design and Sew & Support.

Since its launch in 1992 Working Well Trust has sought different ways to engage with the boroughs we operate in. Our Enterprise projects Access Print & Design and Sew & Support were two such ways. Offering our clients not only the chance to both learn new and exciting skill sets in design and textiles respectfully but also to volunteer to pass these skills on and gain vital experience in these sectors. Unfortunately, due to rising costs, it has become unsustainable to continue these projects, leading all parties involved to make the difficult decision to bring them to a close.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tower Hamlets Council, Mayor Lutfur Rahman and Councillor Siraj Islam for all their support over the years We also want to thank the integrated teams, partners across the borough and the countless others who have supported these projects over the years.

Finally we want to thank our staff and volunteers for all their hard work. They’ve worked tirelessly to make sure no client from these projects is left without support and despite the closure of these projects, Working Well Trust remains committed to providing support through our other Employment Support services which will continue to operate.
