IPS-Real stories, real support, real change

Working Well Trust and Twining-Hestia are pleased to announce a new video which aims to highlight the IPS model of employment support and the real and meaningful impact it has for people on their employment journey.

Real Stories, Real Support, Real Change tells the stories of people reaching out for support to not only find work but also with returning to work. For many people coming to services such as ours they’ll have no idea what IPS is or why it differs from other employment support models and with that in mind the hope is this video makes it clearer just what IPS can do and how it can contribute to real and meaningful change.

Claire Riley our IPS Operations Manager at Working Well Trust who helped with the creation of the video says “IPS is a cornerstone of what we do at Working Well Trust, I’ve seen first hand the positive change it has had on the lives of our clients. We hope people who need support but don’t know where to turn will see this video and feel confident that by coming to us or our partners they’ll get a service that works for them wherever they be on their employment journey.”
