Over 50 in East London and looking for something to do this Summer? Well alongside out friends at Age UK and Action for Bow we’re offering an array of activities over at Caxton Hall this month. So why don’t you check out the leaflet below for more information!

Later in the month we’re also running five weeks of music and the chance for you to sing along. It’ll be a great time with music, tea and cake it’ll be a great time and we’d love to see you there!
