At Working Well Trust we’re proud of the wide array of people and backgrounds that make up our organsation. We work across London supporting and interacting with people from all walks of life and communities. It’s this diversity we believe makes London a wonderful city to live and work in.

We’re also committed to ensuring that people no matter their background can feel safe when they visit one of our offices, engage with our services and with the support they receive. We’re proud to say we’ve signed Community Pledges to stand firmly against all forms of hate including racism, sexism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, Islamophobia, antisemitism, and any behaviour that targets, harms, or devalues people and with two of our partner boroughs of Kingston-Upon-Thames and Tower Hamlets while reminaing commited to upholding these principles across all the boroughs we operate in.

At the Royal Borough of Kingston we’ve signed up to their Hate crime community pledge so when people come to us they know they’re not just in a supportive and safe space but we’ll be there to support them and their wellbeing in the face of discrimination they might be facing at work.

Over at Tower Hamlets we’re proud to sign up to the Organisational pledge against hate making it clear the Trust stands in oppstion to all forms of Hate and remains committed to both making the Trust a welcoming enviorment to work with and for all the while ensuring that our clients know

Pledge or not however we are also making it clear no matter where you access service. Be it Enfield, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Sutton, Kingston or Tower Hamlets. If you work with us, for us or are receiving support from us you’ll know we’re here Working Well aganist hate.
