Working Well aganist Hate

Today is the start of Mental Health Week and we’re supporting Mental Health Foundation by doing our part to not only raise awareness but empower people to take action when it comes to their wellbeing and employment.
The theme for this year’s week is Action, Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and more positive, and when we all act together, we are even more powerful. Action was chosen as the theme this year because while raising awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action.
We’ve over 30 years of supporting people throughout the employment process from finding meaningful work to support maintaining the roles. From Mental Health to Learning Disability and Neurodiveristy we operate in several London boroughs with a person led service meaning we listen to you to take action.
We’re also doing our part to bolster staff wellbeing and skillsets by putting our latest additions to the Trust on the Mental Health First Aid course to ensure our staff are equipped with the tools to support anyone in need with their Wellbeing and we’re excited to share more on how that goes for the team later in the week!
In the meantime feel free to reach out to the trust to find out more here
