At Working Well Trust we don’t just connect with clients and employers. Linking up with other chairtiable organsations to do more for the local community is just as important.
Recently our Tower Hamlets team reached out to Elop an LGBTQIA+ plus organsation to see how we could work together. The organsation invited Martyna and Catherine from the team to attend their March forum for a chance to talk to LGBTQIA+ invididuals about employment and to learn more about their personal experiences.
The team had a rich, honest, and mutually beneficial discussion. We’re excited to enirch our own service with the feedback given and see what more we can do to support LGBTQIA+ residents on their employment journey.
